Lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Has an LL.M. Degree from Harvard’s Law School.
Previos Professional Experience
Has been an International Associate at Three Crowns LLP (2017-2018) and Arbitral Secretary at the Arbitration Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce.
Areas of Expertise
Experience in (i) National and International Commercial Arbitration, specially involving stock-holders, energy, insurance, construction, transportation and professional services; and, (ii) Investment Arbitration, specially involving expropriations. Also has experience in International Private Law, Property Law, Tort Law and Law, Economics & Psychology.
Has been professor of “International Private Law Topics: Arbitration” and “Legal Skills”, at undergrad level in Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú’s Law School, as well as coach of the arbitration moot team from that same university. Has also taught workshops on Legal Skills and Arbitration for the Master’s Degree in Corporate Law Program.
